Buy back service
If you have items of value, we offer a free valuation service upon quotation. Their value can be deducted from your final bill, and in some cases we may even pay you.
Our experience in the antique trade helps us value your items. You receive a fixed sum without seller fees and associated auction-house costs.
Responsible aftercare & disposal
Whether goods are resold, recycled or sent for disposal, we use licensed facilities. Typical costs are £180.00 per tonne of waste. Extra chargeable items include televisions, mattresses, fridge/freezers and electrical items. These costs are included in your full, free, no obligation quotation.
We also offer a full attic-to-cellar deep clean and light maintenance to prepare properties for builders, market or rental.
A clear price before we start
Contact us with details of what needs clearing. For a full house or commercial clearance we may arrange a visit; for smaller jobs we may be able to quote without one.
We agree a complete price before work begins, including any buy back valuation. Book by telephone or email, ideally at least a week in advance.
